Dr. Atul was waiting at railway platform for his friend Satish, who was arriving from Jalandhar, he was there to pick him. He was looking for him in crowd, he saw a man coming towards him, he came and visited his family members, who were standing near by Dr. Atul.

That man came greeted her mother who was around 60 year old woman, probably a widow, she hug him and kissed her head, Dr. Atul could see tears in her eyes, then he moved toward his 8 year old son, he told “ I missed you so much, my son”, “me too” the eight year old boy replied, his son was looking very pleased by meeting with his father. Then man looked his wife, who had two-year-old son in her hands, he was smiling by looking at his father, man went to him and loved him lot. Almost in the same fashion he visited her wife. They all were looking very pleased.

Dr. Atul was looking all this, he thought, that this man would have been, out of station for a long time, man came near Dr. Atul, he shook hand with Dr. Atul, then he introduced his family. “ How long you were out of station.” Asked Dr. Atul.

“Three days” man replied. Dr. Atul was stunned. His family life roll over in his mind. Daily quarrels, shouting, disrespect of each other, disliking and much more. In between man was going his way with his family and Dr. Atul was looking at them.

Suddenly some one touched his shoulders and he came out of his thoughts, Satish had come. He asked, “ What are you looking at … man.”

“ My future” replied Dr. Atul.

Generally we hear from people “keep thinking positive” but many of them do not know what a great change might be seen in their life if they follow this.

Jhon applied for a job, but his self confidence was very low and he considered himself as a failure and unworthy , he believed that he was not going to get this job, he had a negative attitude towards himself. He belived that other applicants were better and more qualified than him. Jhon manifested this attitude due to his negative past experiences with job interviews.
