Positive thinking is the key to success in every field of life. How ever simply having a positive thinking alone will not do the job. You must visualize the results that you want to achieve. Question arises how to visualize positive thinking. If you visualize the goal, then there are more chances that you will achieve your goal, because you are more likely to take certain actions for achieving your goals. Our life is not that simple and we have to face some kind of problems in our daily life. Some of the factors that will help you to make sure that you visualize your goal while maintaining a positive thinking so that you may have a positive out come.

Take for example one student who is about to give examination and he is nervous, if he stay and think positive and visualize the end result that it will be in his favour, then he would not do so bad. Take one more example, a runner about to get up on the block for a race, if he visualize how his race is going to be and himself winning at the end, chances are he will be a lot more motivated and driven to just that and the end result will be in his favor. First of all choose a place where no one could disturb you, noise free place, it could be your bed room or any place which is calm.

Sit on a chair or lay down to your bed, close your eyes, if possible start relaxation music, be relaxed, keep your body loose, totally loose, hands, legs, neck etc every organ of your body should be loose, repeat wordings ‘let it go, let every thing go’ again and again repeat these wordings, let your worries tensions go in to the receptive vastness of space. Within 15-30 minutes, you will be fully relaxed.

Now start visualizing the positive results you want. Let it imagine that your dream has become true, you have achieved your goals and you are rejoicing your success. Stay in this position for 15- 30 minutes.

Now slowly open your eyes. and slowly get up you will feel lot better and relaxed. Practice it daily whenever you gets time. With in few weeks you will see the difference.
